Doris Tomas has been the Education Director of the Oilfield Energy Center for the past 15 years. She presents annually at CAST and various other conferences. Shereceived her BS from UTRGV and MS from UHCL. She retired from LCISD in 2007 where she taught science, was a GT facilitator and was an assistant principal. Doris has worked for the Energy Education Foundation for the past 16 years where where she created the PE³: Expanding Energy Education e-Book, was responsible for the Mobile Energy Learning Unit which travels to schools, and maintains the traveling trunks which are requested by teachers.
